Babak Alaj. Is a traveler, teacher, polyglot, and storyteller who believes life is too short to live someone else’s plan. He earned a German Diploma in Translation and Interpretation and a Master’s degree in Terminology and Language Engineering from TH Köln. Today, he teaches languages at the University of Costa Rica, writes, and — when he isn’t teaching or writing — surfs the sun-kissed beaches of his adopted home.
